Free range..

Meats.. such as: Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Eggs. Do you eat any of the above? Have you heard of any of the above.. or even just the term free-range? What do you know about it? I absolutely LOVE free-range meats as they led a very happy, healthy, and most importantly FREE life up until they were slaughtered. There is a definite difference in the taste, texture, and COLOR in these products..especially the free-range eggs. The yolks of free-range eggs are a brighter yellow.. and the eggs themselves have a creamier, more satisfying taste. There is also free range.. or wild fish. Wild salmon is awesome! I pan fry mine with this terrific soy sauce.. and serve some quick cooked asparagus alongside. SO DELICIOUS!
