One thing that I have found that really can trigger asthma are the chemicals and toxins in everyday household products. Many people are not aware that Lysol is a registered pesticide, most hair conditioners and toothpaste contain formaldehyde, and most cleaning products contain cancer causing components and trigger asthma and allergies. The lsits go on and on.....
My husband suffered badly until we switched out shopping to all natural products.
Take this home tour to see what's in your house that might be triggering and adding to your suffering - hope it helps. http://ShowMe.HealthyHomeTour.com

Its yoga. And many patients suffering from asthma has been cured. Now western science says asthma cannot be cured but only controlled, but i personally know many asthma patients whodoesnt suffer anymore even though now they work under dusty enviornments.
Its better to learn from any good teacher than practiseby yourself.I used to practise karate. At that time i had a senior who was a doctor and had asthma. After he started karate, his illness was reduced drastically. Now helives in chennai, one of the dustiest metroes. He still practise karate. And he has no problems now
