just eat less. you will be fine. your body will us adjust with the decreased amount of food intake... and then of course, move more. stand up, do some stretching, walk...anything to flex and burn. take care and God bless your weight loss program ....have a great day! :-)

For me I find that diets don't work and it makes my life stressful because I crave foods like chocolate. I go to the gym five times a week, I do 90 minute sessions which include jogging, cross training, rowing, boxing and weight training it keeps me fit, healthy and lowers my weight, far more productive than starving myself or going without my favourite foods!

1. East less and whatever you eat, eat that quantity at more intervals.
2. Drink a lot of water
3. Do exercise for 1 hour a day
4. Keep the chocolates and junk food away
5. Eat more vegetables and green leaves
6. Keep away the foods fried in oil
7. Avoid using oils, butter and gheee and cheese

ssh123, those are great tips. i like to exercise, go biking. but eating right is a problem. i just have to cut out the junk food, that would solve most of my problems. i eat so much crap some days, that it completely messes up all the work that i did trying to change my diet.
