I start my day right by feeling good about myself my soroundings and everything. Then do some little affirmations, stretch and think about what to do this day to make it positive and rewarding. Review my personal mission statement, and do a little bit revision, and at the end of the day i mentally flushed all negativity that i absorbed for the day.
