If you're talking about the presidential election, he cannot win it because he has already served two terms (someone correct me if I'm wrong)...
If you're asking from a theoretical perspective, then my gut feeling is that he would not win the next election.

You may not know, because you are from India, but Bush has won two elections and can only serve eight years. His eight years are almost up and he can't run for president again
