It's evident that bush has been a very good actor. I wonder why he have not yet received any hollywood trophies. He's been acting. yeah, He is. He is targeting the 'third world countries' What he's saying is that he is trying to help these countries prosper by sending in 'help' I believe there's something more to this 'help' than it is.
