Should women have reservation on the basis of gender ?
In our country (India)we have reservations for women. Women have reservation in railway, buses, they have separate queue. Why should they have reservations, especially when we talk of the era of equality, gender equality.

In some cases reservation policy is good but in the fields of education employment there must be equality,as both the boys and girls have the same talent..
