Former or current Backstreet Boys fans regarding Brian's solo project

I'd like to know what you think of Brian Littrell's venture into the Christian genre. Was it a good move or a bad move on his part, and do you consider it a success? Personally I find Welcome Home to be an amazingly inspiring CD that doesn't push Christian beliefs but rather inspires them. His vocals are wonderful, and he's written a good portion of the songs on the CD. I view it as a success.
