do you get money for rating people posting and answers to there posting

I have no idea but it is not important to me. I rate all the responses in my discussions and all the responses to those discussions I will/have answered. I love it when I can rate an answer with a ! but fortunately it is not very often. However, I never give a -....I just don't give it a rating.
