Yes, you will get paid for both. I usually just answer other peoples questions because I have a hard time coming up with a topic. Also, it is helpful if you answer in complete sentences and with some thought. Mylot doesn't like one word answers.

I personally like to comment more than I like to start threads. I always feel like I should respond to those who have commented on my threads & its not always that easy to keep going back to them. I like just hitting the new discussion button and leaving my comments.
