Going by his performance as of now and the extra efforts he is giving we can safely say he has proven himself again. But the problem is it seems there are different yardsticks for the measurement of performence. While players like Sehwag, Jaffer has the confidence of the coach and are still around getting chance after chance players like Zaheer, Ganguly, Laxman who are world-calss players and have proven them in different circumstances had to remain in the cold for so long. There should be only one system and that is to perform and play.

I think that ganguly will certainly prove his class in south africa. He has made a good start to the tour by scoring 83 in the practice match. I think that this will really help him.

Yes,he will shine and prove that depriving of his captaincy and his place, was a political game played by the party, who has a politician(!),with the same name as the injured captain.
Ganguly is a fighter,a cricketer who uses psychology a lot.The opposition will fear him,for this quality of his.

Yes, I believe Ganguly will be successful in SA. He is mentally very strong. When the going gets tough the tough get going. That is indeed so very true baout Sourav. I am sure he will deliver the goods. Welcome to Mylot:)
