Weird neighbors

I know everybody has had one, but for me thats pretty much all i had for a while. It started off with a guy at my parent's place who called the cops on me, my dogs, and a bond fire. Then at the apartment complex i just recentley moved out of, i lived around a bunch of crack heads.... seriously, even the manager sold dope! But thats not all, 2 days before i moved in (from across the country) someone got stabbed in the parking lot of my apartment to be. So anyways, you can understand why i got out of there. Now i live in a much better area of Portland, but yet i managed to get stuck living above a guy who has super sonic hearing and across the hall from a lady who is crazy, bitter, and blind. At first i thought it would be cool having someone who was blind to talk to (as i had never had the chance before), but i soon came to realize all she does is complain, complain, complain. I'll never get away from the crazies.
