Is Gandhi's non violent means to win over masses still relevent? what U guys think of it?Well as for me, I have myself experienced that U can win over ur enemy more easily by non violent means like love and compassion rather than violence coz violence is often responded by violence and love has chance to be responded by love.
Secondly if we see the Palestinian situation today.....the plight of poor Palestinians are still misrable......the war they are fighting for decades now doesnt seem to bear any fruit for them.....I always feel that what they need is a leader like Gandhi. who can convince them that they cant win over mighty Israil by means of violence.....but non- viloent means can work wonders for them. Just look how many precious lives have been lost in this struggle? had even half of them would have given away their lives fasting unto death against the Israili occupation then whole world would have been rallying behind Palestinian cause....while the sucide bombing and jihad stuff is deviating world community's sympathy away from Palestinians.
May GOD show us all the right path.
Thanks
