Ok some ways to avoid gall bladder attacks, stay away from greasy foods or other high fat products. This includes ice cream and milk. The gall bladder secrets a bile to help break down fats. So when you eat a lot of fatty foods it has to work and this can cause flare ups.
Good luck. I had mine out 16 years ago due to one major attack. Never wanted to go through that again.

You're welcome. Luckily my doctor would take it out. They told me at the time I had the attack I could go five weeks or five years before I had another one. Some doctors try to wait on them if the surgery isn't neccessary. If you are able to get it out, and have the time for recouperating afterwards, then I'd say get it taken care of.
