why indian graduates prefer job abroad india , why not in motherland

do u really think of most indians are working in abroad all over the world , why not they prefer their carrier in india , by working abroad they get more money still then they have to spend more money to survive in abroad so what is the purpose to join carrier in abroad than in their own motherland

Becsuse they think working abroad is better and more esteemed.they say they dont get jobs here or that more oppurtunities abroad.
I see them as traitors.Brain drain is pulling our nation back in competitions.And these people are helping our competitors.You might realise that most of these go to the US and earn for them and itsUspolicy to help ur enemy pakistan.So aren't these people indirectly helping pakistan and thus killing their own motherland?
