Change Logon screen

Hey guys is there any way to change Logon screen in windows xp?? i am using Windows XP Pro SP2...

incontrol panel-user accounts-cheak enable welcome scree u vil get diff logon else some like winows2000 also install stylexp and then change the logon style as u wish CAREFULL:STYLEXP UESE LOT OF RESOURCE...I JUST LEAVE MY SYS AS SUCH...I NEED PERFORMANCE AS IT IS ALREDY GUD..(xp)

thanx ragavan...but i already knew about style xp...it eats a lot of system resources....can we change it manually.....????thanx
