Should home-schooled have access to public school programs?

I'm a homeschool parent. I'm also on a very tight budget. I've been told that in Pennsylvania you have the right to have your child participate in school activities. This makes me very happy knowing that if my daughter wants to do something she can do it within the school for free.

yes i think they should have the same access to the school programs. +
