You know I eard about astral travelling but I'm always scared to try it cause I tink is very dangerous.Imagine you could return inside your body????

It not harmful anyway,there is no denger of not returning to your body.

It is possible, but very difficult...I try it before...you have to practice for years.........

AP is a reality indeed. When we are unlimited with matter we experience our existence in real form. In astral plan it so good-imagine causal or supercausal plan!!! but final reality is waiting for us in 8th plan called Anami Purush-that is refuge of God. p.s. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO VISIT ASTRAL PLAN(NOT IN DREAMS) WITHOUT COMPETENT MASTER-PROTECTION!!!
