Any one like to hike? Where do you hike?

I live in Israel, a country with 300 miles on it's long side, and less than a 100 on the short side between borders.. It's very easy to get to neat places to hike. I take hiking trips almost every weekend. We have beautiful mountainous terrain, a desert, seashores, sparse forests.. you can probably find anything you look for, we even have one snowy mountain :)

Someone introduced me to hiking a couple of months ago and I absolutely loved it. There are many good mountains around here in quebec like Sutton, Bromont, Orford and I would like to hike as many mountains as possible. It is so peaceful up there. Stress is eliminated very fast after a good day of hiking like today (I went to Bromont).

I like hiking too. I live in the city now, don't get out much. But when I lived in Montana and California I used to hike a lot.

I'm in an urban area and don't have a car, so I'll do some walks on mountains, but wouldn't really call them hikes. I have done some hiking in the Catskills (NY), also in Vermont, and in the white Mountains in NH. Have you hiked in the Santa Monica Mtns? I've heard those are nice.
