What's your favorite comfort food?

A steaming hot pile of lasagna smothered in cheese!!! MMmmmMMmmmMmm and a nice crunchy piece of garlic bread...smothered in cheese, lol!!!

Either chocolate or chocolate. Otherwise, I would choose chocolate if chocolate is not available. On occassion, I take chocolate instead, though.

Chocolate...hands down...but milk chocolate...not the dark stuff.

CHOCOLATE!!! I love chocolate. Chocolate anything. If I've had a stressful day, week, hour... I reach for it. It's the only things that comforts me once a month! I seem to be so addicted to chocolate that I know it's the reason that I can't lose weight. If I try to cut out the chocolate (or lessen it), I only reach for other sweet foods and they just don't cut it. Making me reach for the chocolate anyways. Its a very bad cycle!!!

Corn chips or potatoe chips, these are what I find myself eating whenever I am having a bad day or just relaxing.

mashed potaoes as confort food??? I like mashed potaoes with meat, fish at lunch, dinner, but not very much

Mine would be KFC Mashed Potatoes & Gravy... or the vegetable soup my favorite Thai restaurant makes.

wow comfort food kinda funny name :-), i like snack, ice cream too, mayonaise, bread, and durian fruits ( the taste is so good) by the way i play hockey too in my country but field hockey not an indoor hockey. This sport is kinda little bit hard, especially indiana dribble.

fruit jam, melted chocolate, wafers, wafer chips, potato chips,popcorns,boiled cornwith butter.....yum!

My favourite comfort food and food to calm me down and help me relax is fruit! Fruit of any kind will do.

My comfort fod is mashed potatoes with lots of home made chicken gravy or pot raost gravy. I even like them with hamburger gravy.. As you can tell I like potatoes and gravy.

i am from india nad we use rice in our part of the country.and rice is my comfort food,rice and chicken or biriyani.i am kind of trying to forget it.i am on a diet and am not eating any rice.it is hard but i am trying it.

My comfort foods are all the things I'm not supposed to have LOL Let's see... definitely ice cream here too (anything coffee-related is a favorite or even a really good quality vanilla). I love rice and there are days when all I want is rice made with cream of mushroom soup LOL (please refrain from posting "oh gross!"). It's the creaminess that makes it comforting. Mac and cheese is good for that too or a pasta in alfredo sauce. I can occasionally go for the mashed potatoes, like you hockeygal, but I have to have gravy on them. OH! And a baked potato with butter and sour cream now and then too LOL Jeez... it's almost lunch time here... can you tell?!

Chocolate. If I am feeling sown chocolate always brings me right back up.
