getting problem with paypal account

i'm unable to verify my paypal account inspite of providing all the details. the response i'm getting is your credit card is not accepted please verify with your bank. PLs help regarding this.

Call your bank up on Monday. Find out whats up. It might because it is the weekend. Never heard of that kind of problem. Dont give up Keep on them
