How do You Deal with Anger

An old duch book tells the story of a boy, a little naughty boy. Who is given the advice to count from one till ten, if he come in a situation where he is angry and wants to hit somebody. He counts till ten and hits the other boy. Then he says that you can aim better when you count... So counting is good.
