I have a friend name kay who has survived cancer twice over a 20 year period. The problem is, her sister is a heavy smoker and whenever kay is around her, her sister smokes, even in the car with the windows rolled up. Kay is very soft and does not want to hurt her feelings since her sister does not believe in the dangers of second-hand smoke. What can I say to Kay or maybe her sister to encourage to think twice about what she is doing?
