Proud To Be A Poet

If you can write poetry cherish this. In poems, we can say what we are too shy to say. We can say what we might regret later. Let it out without upsetting anyone. Poems are personal and heartfelt. But poems can be more than that. We can change the world. Maybe just a little at a time. But, hey every bit helps. Put your issues in a poem to help you vent. Or put the problems of the world in a poem and make a difference. Either way poetry is a good thing. Poems can change your mind and influence your emotions. If you're a poet, be proud.

The poetry I like is the dark kind. Such as the poetry by Edgar Allan Poe. It explores a part of ourselves that most prefer not to think about but I find it interesting. You should be proud of your craft it's not an easy o ne.

Every body is a poet in this world some take this as a profession and sell it for money but some poets sing for their wife children and they sell it for in exchange of love

The sweet, rustic smell of the rain, Fills my nose, my head, and my brain. The springtime showers soak my dress, and toes tingle with a grassy caress. The beauty of this day is lost to me, As the deaf man hears not the melody. For all Nature's wonders seem so dim, When I am here, standing next to him.
