I have a sorceress character in Diablo 2 on my boyfriends computer because i don't have the expansion pack yet on my computer, only the original diablo 2 because i got it so long ago. My character is stuck, well actually I'm a scaredy cat and too frightened to go ahead and kill the first of the 3 brothers. Has anyone done it? What's it like? I'm definitly getting the expansion pack soon and once it gets sent to my computer i'm going to be playing a lot more.

I have been playing Diablo 2..Lord of Destruction expansion pack on and offline for about 5 years or so.....played the number one version as well. I have completed Diablo 2LOD, with all 7 characters, with sucess......I'm not sure what quest you are talking about..which Act are you on?...dont be scared it is quite a fun game, but be warned somewhat addictive!! When you get the expansion pack...email me in mylot and we'll hook up online through Battlenet and kick some but, I have a sorceres also and can hook you up with some gear. I absolutely love this game and enjoy playing online. Tell me what quest your on, and I'll help you get through it....Good luck and Happy Holidays!

Sorceress takes a bit of work, but if you do it right, they're one of the most powerful chars in the game! Hit 'em with a cold spell or 2, then try something like firewall (or even a string of fire balls). As long as you can keep them frozen, you should be able to wear them down.
