I've noticed some of you have animated avatars. Mine should be animated--how do I do that?

I have checked your avatar via your profile page and it is not an animated image. You need to use an animated gif, which is a file format regularly available on the internet and available from many free clipart sites. You will also need to keep the overall size to within 60 pixels either direction.
