Cosplayers?

Anyone else out there a cosplayer? I've recently started cosplaying, and I'm so glad I started. I don't make my costumes from scratch - arthritis makes sewing even with a machine a pain for me - but I alter my own costumes from things I get at Goodwill. So far I've done Dora (from Vampire Hunter D), Dante (from Fullmetal Alchemist) and Lara Croft - I think we all know what she's from!
Currently I'm working on outfits for Hohenheim Elric (FMA again) Naomi (Death Note) and Neo Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon). I don't compete, I just do it for fun.
So who else is into cosplay? What characters have you gone as? Where do you get your costumes, or do you make your own?

Yeah, it is difficult - I'm usually scrambling to finish costumes on the first day of the con!

Ouch
I used to cosplay as (following the lenght of my hair)
-Father Anderson (from Hellsing)
-Terry Bogart (from Fatal Futy, with his new Garou: Mark of the Wolves look)
-Vash the stampede (from Trigun, mustve wasted half a can of hair spray)
-Hughes (the swordsman from Trinity blood, the blonde longhaired dude in the pic below)
Have a nice day!

Do you have any pictures of your Hughes cosplay? I haven't seen much Trinity Blood cosplay, and I'm actually considering a Catherina cosplay next year. A friend of mine's cosplaying Abel, so we're trying to get a group together. Not very easy, as not many people have seen the series. :/

I don't do cosplay but I have made some costumes before for similar events. I attend similar events and love to make my own outfits for it. (And alter pre-existing clothing.) Sorry about your arthritis.

I don't do it, but it sounds like you enjoy it and it's fun. I hope you get a lot of responses on this post. Sorry that you have arthritus though. I do to, and it isn't fun.
