what do you think bout any type head Coach keep a scholarship away ?

Like a High School Coach keep all the scholarship letter away from a Player until the end of the Season ? i Have saw many case a head Coach wont trying geta Kid in College to Play Sports and when theirs get a scholarship from College the head Coach wont give it to the player Until the Season is over what do you think bout this and what do need be Changes? i have saw many parent Handle the scholarship Letters from College for theirs kid to be Recuited to go there

well i think its completely wrong. I dont feel that a coach should be responsble for any scholarship. that should be the adminstrations office or counselors and the parents. That is wrong to hold on to that scholoarship+
