Snow Patrol or Coldplay

im always hearing comparisons that Snow Patrol are a *poor mans Coldplay* ,but i rate them better then Coldplay, especially there song chasing cars, what do you think?

I've never heard that but I love both...I must admit I am not a big fan of Snow Patrol's latest album - it seems to overproduced to me.

I'm a Snow Partol fan myself.I never really got into Coldplay,not enough to buy anything of theirs.Snow Patrol,I'll buy the cd.

I like both groups a lot but I think that Snow Patrol is the best. I have both of their albums and they're great!

I like them both just as much! I am about annoyed by the song chasing cars now, But I still like them. Because Ive listened to cold play longer at the end of the day i choose them :)

No comparison...Snow Patrol and Coldplay are completely different, imo. Some of their ballads could be seen as similiar style but I think that would only happen if someone was unaware of Snow Patrol, the band. Snow Patrol are from Ireland, Coldplay England... I enjoy both, have CD's from both didn't see Coldplay in concert but would have had I been able to. Both great bands

All I know is that I like what the poor like and I dont much care about spending a lot. I do like music and christmas spirit is around me now so I will imbibe in good will. Merry Christmas!!
