Polygamy... agree or not

Polygamy is the practice of a man taking more than one wife at the same time. Polyandry is when a woman takes more that one husband at the same time. Polyandry is rare compared to polygamy, because it is only known to be inexistence in two parts of the world. One is among the Nair people who are inhabitants of India’s Malabar Coast. The other is in Tibet, where a woman can take her husband’s brothers as her mates. This paper will be focused strictly on the debate over polygamy. It does more harm than good and should be banned and enforced strongly within the United States’ borders. Being married to more than one person at the same time has been illegal in the U.S. since 1862, but has not been enforced strictly. The Mormon Church is well known for practicing polygamy, but the church banned it in 1980. Some Parliament members have suggested that polygamy has been justified because women outnumbered men in the country of Malaysia by fourteen to one. However the rules and laws of Islam may end up changing a little bit, because the Prime Minister of Islam, Mahathir Muhammad has been notably outspoken on the subject of polygamy. If you're Indonesian then act according to laws of the nation.

A.A.Gym huh ? Well for the sake of man I'm aggree with polygamy, But for the sake of woman...yeah disaggree. Which woman who wants become old wife or young wife ? Just naughty woman isn't it ? ;P

hahaha... it becomes a hot issue since there's a influencing figure who have done it? yess, poligamy is legal in islam way of thinking. it has some reasons. but doing poligamy is not such an easy matter. you should be fair for both of your wifes, and before doing poligamy you should get a permition from your 1st wife. i believe mot much women who can accept poligamy. it's normal, since none wants to share their own, including love. in some countries poligamy is forbidden, it's because the norms they have.even in indonesia it's a sensitive matter and can include as a taboo one. having more than one wife at the same time will brake norms among society, and some think that it's righteous.but norms righteous's base is what? humanity? feelings? in this matter righteous will be a subjective one. so, i agree with poligamy since it's allowed by islam rules. i believe my religion rules better than constitution who just bunch of people who decide the rules. well, aa' GYM is kind of prospereous one who has a good manner i think. i think he can make it well. no need to ask about it.
