I want to understand the reason Europe have good chocolate when the cacao is from latin america. What you do you about chocolate?

yes they do..they have the best chocolates in the world... i can attest to that...my brother working in switzerland issending us chocolates here in Philippines..there are really yummy

I don't have enough knowledge about it but I think it is one of the best maybe because of ingredients available and the processes it undergone.
