I am trying to locate a sample of a retainer fee contract that I can alter to submit to a client. I'm trying to not incur legal fees.

What is the subject of the retainer fee contract? Child care, freelanceing? web design? There are many available but specific to employment topics.

I think when I looked for Graphic design related retainer documents I found quite alot on.. I think it was www.about.com actually. What industry is it for? I'm just curious.
