Do you think the questions should be divided into categories?

There is so much duplication of topics, and I think it's because the topics aren't divided. Or, why can't people do a search on a topic before they post? It's the same subjects over, and over, and over. People just post the dumbest things that pop into their heads. Like who gives a rats a**? I'm seeing questions like "what's your hair color"? "do you like Christmas?" "do you like cows"? I would love it if those types of questions could be in their own category, so those who want to could avoid it all together.
