HORRIBLE SITUATION help out....

this topic states the current situation of my cousin sister who have 3 children and one year ago his husband died due to brain hammrage...her husband has a self established business and medium scale one so single person cant handle it ...thts why her husband made his brother in law a partner so tht both can manage easily and trust will be present.. and when her husband was ill before his death he asked his brother in law to take care of his children(tht children are nephew and niece to tht fellow) and he told yes i will do....and after six or eight months tht brother in law got married and now he is thinking to leave the business and go abroad..i think his wife changed his mind... what do u people think this man should do?? my cousins children are in 11th standard and in eight and sixth... and my cousin sister is crying when she heard abt his brothers views.... till now he didnt decided what to do but hope for best to happen for all...
