I believe the syndrome is common all over the world: we HATE mondays. Among the 7 days of the week, mondays are usually the worst ever. Oddly enough, this is the day when bosses get cranky, computers get crashed, and office mates get annoying.
i have few tips to overcome 'i hate monday' syndrome, listed below:
1. put all of your active weekend activities on saturday. - this is including, shopping, sport, etc.
2. use your sunday to rest, all day long
3. do not use all of your weekend to rest - you'll feel sorry at monday morning, because your weekend was spent without any meaningful activities.
4.... anybody else have more ideas on this? contributions are welcomed!

I dont hate monday anyway. If I am bored, I dont care what day it is lol. And that's a sign that I need vacation. So I usually travel somewhere rather far from home and shopping lol. It is good to refresh my head so far :p

I don't like Monday (I don't hate it), because Monday is my holiday:) I'm very busy on Fri-Sun.
Let me give you one tips, accept Monday as your day to worship God by working. If you think that your work is a worship to God, it will be different. You will enjoy it...Working is a worship..

how about...prepare all the things for monday in sunday. i mean.. when i was a student of elementary, junior and high school i feel this syndrome so bad.
but if i prepare all the things, study for that day, finish homeworks, make sure uniform is ironed, shoes and socks are ready to be worn...
and, i hate monday syndrome is not a big deal anymore.
well-prepared is the key to success ^_^

I agree that we should not use all of our weekend to rest. It will make us being lazy in our first day we back to work. In saturday i did my personal activities, and on sunday i just stay at home to rest, playing with my pets, watching tv and arrangin my place. On sunday evening, i will prepare some planning list that i want to do on monday morning. Dont get sleep late coz we will be sleepy when we wake up on monday morning.
