Even as a christians who know all the ten commamments, People cannot live without sinning. Even if a person know that he is doing sins, he/she is unable to avoid it or get rid of it.
"DOES THIS IMPLIES THAT SATTAN WON GOD"

Yes, you are correct, but as Christians we can ask forgiveness and those sins will be washed away. God takes those sins and throughs them into the sea of forgetfullness and never remembers them.

I'm sorry I totally did not read the last sentence. No Way did satan win. Satan is and will always be the loser. We all have a natural instinct if you will to be worldly. Satan has made things of this world to be good and fullfilling to us be not all are good. God gives us a choice to choose Him or satan. Salvation is a daily process that we Christians must ask God to forgive us for our sins.

No, this means that God is allowing Satan to continue his devious activity for the present time, in our current world, while he allows as many people as possible to come to the willful decision to follow Him instead. Really, it is our inconquerable habit of sin which leads us to God and Jesus who is the only one who can save us from our own sins, and who is willing to accept us though we are still sinners if we will simply accept his son Jesus who himself bore the penalty for our sins, past, present, and future. In the end, however, Christ will return and will overthrow Satan once and for all, at that time, he will no longer be given any power over those who believe in Jesus.

No. Satan has not won. It only means that humans are born with a sinful nature. Scripture says that by one man sin came into the world, thats Adam. It goes on to say that by one Man that sin defeated, that is Jesus. The Apostle Paul wrote that he found himself doing things he would rather not and not doing things that he knew he should. As long as we are alive we Christians will battle our sinful nature. But hopefully as time goes on it gets easier to resist the temptations that comes our way.
