It seems like at company xmas partys the degreed don't get lit but non degree do

The last two companies I worked for all the guys that have college educations do not get falling down drunk. The guys with no education get wasted. Is it just where I have worked or is there any reason for this?

Maybe it is because the people that are educated have a lot more to lose.
I have friends that are both educated and not. We all have fun although I find with my friends that are educated they are more apt to let loose on a one-on-one basis or a small party with close friends.
I am not sure why this is exactly. Maybe it is a trust issue. When you have more at stake as far as reputation, you have more to lose.
