I love these kinds of people. Im like that and Im often called some names for it LOL but I don't see any reasons to beat around the bush. Especially if somebody is asking my advice!

It's my form of community service. I try to do 30 hours a week but I'll be honest, it does creep into my practice a bit but I started my practice to help people not so much to make money from it. I do find however that my clients ( paying) do put in effort since they are paying me for my time where the donation time slots are fillied with people that may or may not be ready to effect change in their life
