Mine is "Lead Follow or get out of the way"! It simply means, if you don't know what you are doing, than move aside and let someone who does get it done...
What does yours mean?

I do not have a motto that I live by, but rather I am inspired by quotes and words of many different people throughout time.
"And finally I twist my heart round again, so that the bad is on the outside and the good is on the inside, and keep on trying to find a way of becoming what I would so like to be, and could be, if there weren't any other people living in the world." ~Written by Anne Frank~
~~~~~~~
"I, with a deeper instinct, choose a man who compels my strength, who makes enormous demands on me, who does not doubt my courage or my toughness, who does not believe me naive or innocent, who has the courage to treat me like a woman." ~Written by Anais Nin~
~~~~~~~
No, mottos here, just inspirational words left behind by wonderful women, which gives the mind something to ponder, and something to empower.

A motto I have picked up and have taken to heart is something I saw on a painting one time. "Mother's write on the hearts of their children, things the world can never erase" To me that means that the values I instill in my children, the love I give them, the bases for life that I give them can't be taken away from this world which can be calous and hard at times. Being a mother to me is the one thing in this world I can always be proud of and know I have done a good job at.

You are right in the above case. If u don't know than you should give chance to anyone else who know the best about that leading concept. A good leading is always what is benificial to the follower. Go a head
