What is your thougt about eating chocolate covered ants? Would you?

well I cannot really think to eat chocolate covered ants because I feel so yuck to eat them.

i dont think so..kept imagining myself with a swollen lips...and itchy lips..cant even bear the thought!!

I dont think I want any ants crawling on or in me especially chocolate covered.

i think that i would be willing, i dont know if it really came down to it i could swallow them. lol

Interesting thought! Ok... let me put something to you. If you were offered chocolate covered ants at a party and didn't know what they were, would you try one, to see if you liked it, when the "cringing thought" was absent? I think it's all mind over matter. If you eat something like that without knowing you're doing so, you might well enjoy it, but if you know beforehand that it's ants, then you would cringe, as you say. You, no doubt eat meat and fish, so what's the difference really? Ants are probably a delicacy. lol. Therefore, I think the answer is, you don't know what something is like until you try it, and maybe everything is worth one try, so yes, I probably would try it if it were presented in the right way. :-)

I couldn't see myself unless i was starving and haven't eaten anything in day. Alot of people eat inscects especially grasshoppers,yuk! To me thats as bad as eating snails or froglegs!

EEwww I would never eat chocolate covered ants or grasshopers. I know in some countries they eat these regularly, but it just grosses me out! I could not imagine eating any bug with or without chocolate!! I think it would make me sick to my stomach if I had to eat it.

I would most definitely NOT eat chocolate covered ants. That is gross! I don't think I could stomach them, just the thought of eating them makes me want to gag. Whoever invented that recipe is a disgusting individual in my opinion. Yuck! LOL

This topic took me back to when i was about 7years old. I always wanted to be superman and have that strong x-ray visions and being naive and not getting the entire conversation what my mom was talking about, picked up an ant and put it in my mouth. It bit my tongue and and could not go to school the next day. My mom was talking about some protein in found in ants and how the same protein was good for the eyesight. I would not eat it no matter how they were dipped into. That is just gross for me.

If I thought about it, I would be sick, so I had better just forget about it. Sounds disgusting.

i too would not eat anything coverd with ants, its sooo unappealing
