Telemarketers Calling At 4 In The Morning!!!

Am i the only one who remembers a time where the only reason you would be called at 4 in the morning was if someone close to you died or if there was an emergency of some sort last night im lying in bed and the phone rings i wake up roll over and see the clock its 4:03 i pick up nervous as anything and heres a guy looking to sell me a timeshare how inconsiderate but whats worse is i asked to be put on the dont call list and he said no im sorry i cant do that youll need to speak to a supervisor so i ask to speak to one and you know what he says no and then hangs up some people are just terrible has anyone else had this problem and who else feels telemarketers shouldnt be able to call past 8pm
