What should I buy my girlfriend for christmas?

We've been together for nearly three years, I'm 21 years old and she is 20.
So far I've bought her a space heater for her apartment and I already gave it to her because it was so cold!
I also plan on buying her a new CD/mp3 player for her car.
That's all I have though-- I can't think of anything else!
She is your typical American girl. She has no real specific interests. She enjoys watching Grey's Anatomy, and the Girl's Next Door.
She hinted once about a white vest but I have no taste in girl fashion haha.
Any Ideas?

Jewellery, Perfume, Pretty Lingerie (as in a satin nightie, the strappy kind), CDs for the car player you bought her, Bath Bombs, Slippers, to keep her feet warm whilst watching T.V., :-). DVDs, a Vase with Christmas stems in it. There's lots of things.

coming from a girl i know i would love to get a stuffed animal... Cause during the day if my husband isnt home.. i love to cuddle up next to my stuffed aninmal he got me and it makes me feel more protected cause it came from him... Uh , i dont know what else you could get her .. buy her agift card to a store you know shelikes....

After 3 years I would hope that you two would have grown a bit and found out alot about each other...ok, enough of that.. Why not get a gift card to the store where that white vest is. If you have a decent job you could put a good amount on it and then if she is like some ladies I know she can then also buy accessories to go with it. In any case some alone time maybe you could cook her Christmas dinner that is if you don't have family to spend time with.
