Anyone watch UFC??

I went to a UFC party once and got hooked, currently my fav fighter is Matt Hughes, tho I haven't been able to see many fights. I don't have cable so i don't get to see it much.

I watch UFC. I think that it is better than wrestling. In UFC no one know who is going to win before the match starts like wrestling. You really get hurt in UFC.

The chances of you getting hurt in WWE are far greater than in UFC.
Wrestlers get hurt in WWE, not on purpose but because of the constant pounding the body takes and mistakes happen. Look at Steve Austin, when Owen Hart accidently piled drived his head into the mat.
You don't see that in UFC. When a person is down in UFC, the fight is stopped right away.
Look at Triple H. He tore his quad and kept wrestling. Do you think he would have stopped, no way.
Matt Hardy made a mistake in a match with Egde and hit his head in the ring post. He was actually bleeding and the ref had no choice but to call it a match.

the full name is Ultimate Fighting Chapionship, its pretty much a mix of Wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. Most of the matches i've seen were pretty clean, but i've heard some matches can get bloody, so as you can prob guess, its more of a guy sport to watch lol

yes i like UFC very much because what you see is a the reality of fighting unlike in wwe where we all know is a scripted type of show, nonetheless, it's also entertaining but i still prefer UFC..

They had a segment last night on 60 minutes about the UFC, how it started etc.
They even had an interview with Matt Hughes.

UFC is awesome. My favorite fighter is Georges "RUSH" St. Pierre. The new Welter Weight Champion!
What a complete fighter this guy is. Canadian too.
He absolutley crushed Matt Hughes. I see George holding on to that belt for a while. I'm looking forward to seeing him fight Matt Hughes again. I don't think Matt has a chance as Georges gets better every time he fights and I don't think he is going to stop getting better anytime soon.
When Georges won the title, Matt spoke after the fight and said he thought Georges knocked him out with a punch, when really George kicked him right in the head.

my boyfriend watches that. i'm not really into those kinds of shows but i kinda like it better than wrestling, because UFC's about real fighting.
