Only one word in english language start with three letters and the end letters of this word is the same starting three letters. this letters have the same order in the start and end.
So, Can u tell me this Word !!!

humm...dunno...had a hard time understanding the question...the word has 3 letters??? because you said 'begins' with 3 letters...good luck finding someone who knows. if i can figure it out i'll tell you.. but here's one of my own.
...what name consist of all vowels??? hint...its a place...
