What do I need to attract a girl..if I'm very shy!!?

Actually, attracting a girl shouldn't be any problem...girls like shy guys. Don't ask me why, just take my word on it ok? Sounds like you need to find ways to overcome your shyness when a girl does express an interest...maybe you need to learn to pick on how to spot that interest too... Maybe practice on over coming your shyness with a friend? Having a few topics picked out to be knowledgeable on so you have something you can talk about with confidence... Mostly shyness is being afraid of looking foolish or being rejected. Learning that we all are afraid of such things and being confident in that learning could go a long way toward tempering that shyness into an attraction without the detractions it causes. A smile can say a lot without a single word being spoken...appearing interested in what others have to say makes them interested in you. Learning to over come that shyness can be as easy or as hard as you make it...try setting goals, meeting one new person a week, more if you are up to it. Joining in on conversations if you think you can contribute to it. Offering to help someone you don't know or someone you just met. Check into some self help courses, attend events, don't drink, because drinking while it relaxes you, it may relax you too much...get out be yourself and don't worry about feeling foolish and don't worry about rejection...after all there are more people just waiting to be met, one rejects you it just means they missed out on having friend.
