changing your diet does not mean losing all your favorite food at once,this can be done slowly.eat more fruits and vegetables at home so that you will not be very hungry when you go out.if you cant help eating fast food,do it in small amounts only just to satisfy your cravings.gradually you will no longer look for this fast foods.this takes time,nothing can be achieved at once,patience is your no.1 enemy in losing that extra weight.do you agree?

I am vegetarian. Vegetarian diet is extremely helpful to keep away from some deadly diseases. Also it avoids animal killing. Thank you for the topic. I believe there is no harm in eating non vegetarian food, nature has made man to be an omnivorous creature i.e. one who can have both plants and animals so why go against it by becoming herbivorous.
