Is it okay to talk to an ex if your in a relationship? and not tell your partner

i dont think talking to an ex be be of sny problem...provided that there is nothing going on between them....i think he was trying to be honest with u...so i think it shouldnt be any problem and wouldnt affect ur relationship.

I think that as long as the ex's get along then ya why not talk to each other..I'm friends with pretty much all my ex's..I mean we hooked up for a reason, we got along so why stop talking when the relationship is over provided the split was a good one or any anger is over with etc.....Should you hide it from a current parnter? No absolutely not...because THEN (if its hidden) it looks shady...

I think that if there's still communication with the ex, it's better to tell the current partner...afterall, if there's already nothing between them, why shouldnt he tell you? i've been very honest to my bf whenever my ex-bf called me up...it's better to be honest then find 100 excuses to cover up.

its not ok, it seems to be so unfair to your present lover if youre still communicating with your x, especially if you do it secretly, you lover will be surprise if he/she finds out that your doing something that could threaten you relationship. you should be open to each other. being lovers is the start of marriage, so it supposes no secret between the two of you.
