how to kill your spare time?

i don't know how to kill my spare time,sometimes i love watching tv,but it isn't always interesting,and i want to fo out for a walk,but there is no one who can go with me,please tell me your ways?^~^

i go swimming, reading books, surfiing internet, playing go,eating out with my friend, and so on...
