how much does it bother you that they seem to only think of their own needs.?. is he/she aware that your needs are not being met.?.

Always. He has no regard for my needs and heads straight for self-satisfaction. I've tried talking to him many times over the years, but it's made no difference. If it's nothing he wants, then forget it.
