How do you judge and view men's or women's personality?

i think, for me, it wud be by the way he/ she wud deal with his/her subordinates. i mean the ones below him, who are not at par with him, may be more poor monetarily. it really matters for me, i wud judge him/ her by that and a small amount wud depend on the way he/she wud deal with a child and ofcourse his sense of homour. on a more wordly aspect, cleanliness is one thing i wud stick on. thanx
